THE MYSTERY OF THE LAW UNVEILED

When God chose the Jews, he separated them from the rest of the whole world, consecrating them holy aloe unto him, this law separated the Jews from the gentiles thereby condemning the gentiles who couldn't follow the law nor know about it, therefore were not qualified to be under the law. The gentiles were not under the curse of the law, which says "cursed is anyone who does not to do according to all that is written in the law". (Gal 3:10, Deut. 27:26, Jer 11:3).

 During the pre-law times i.e. from Adam to Moses, there was no law then, therefore their sin wasn't imputed onto them, but yet they died, cause the sin of Adam brought in death, but death still could not easily kill them then. (Rom 5:13)

 Now the law was introduced as the governance of everlasting life i.e. the ruling authority to live forever, because man was created to live forever, and since Adam introduced death through disobedience, death reigned from Adam to Moses. This gave the Jews the advantage of everlasting life, if they could only obey the law completely without breaking one rule, they will have everlasting life. Unfortunately, even them could not obey so they too were condemned and even cursed. But at least they had a little experience with God, and had a little communion with him as the law caused God to respond to them. They were dying, perishing, trying to obey the law, to attain at least a level of righteousness or perfection, but to no avail, no matter how they tried. The law even reduced further the normal 120 years that God gave man to reach to 70 - 80 years. God hates death and hated how the man he created for his pleasure was destroyed and how they were so corrupted beyond repair. It pained him that they were so distorted from his perfection. He so longed to restore man and save man, that he began his age long plan.

 Jesus came not just to die for sins, he came to tackle the main problem, the Law of Moses. His death ended the reign of the Law. Jesus said that "except every words of the law has been fulfilled, not one single word of the law will fall to ground void". Since he fulfilled the law and the prophets, the law was abolished. His resurrection introduced a new law, the Law of Life or also the Law of Grace/Love (Rom 8:2,  Eph 2:14). There is no system without a law governing it, else it will be chaos and destruction (says the Holy Spirit). Now whoever, follows the law of life whether Jew or Gentile has life eternal. (Jn 3:16, Gal 3:25-29). This law of grace is a law tht operates from the inside of man. It first transforms the man's spirit then through by laws, brings out its effect on the man's physical world. Its a law that metamorphises a man. Examples of these by laws are Law of faith, prosperity, success, giving, love etc. They govern the operation of the law of life in the aion (ages, course of events, world) of an individual or group.

With the removal of the old law of moses, the gentiles are also free of the condemnation along with the Jews. (Col 2:14).
